Kaaspay and its officers, directors, managers, partners, members, shareholders, employees, affiliates, and agents ("Kaaspay Related Parties") shall not be liable to any person for any claims, liabilities, losses, payments, costs, expenses (including attorney’s fees), litigation, settlements, fines, penalties, and/or damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages. This encompasses the cost of substitute products/services, loss, corruption, destruction, or interruption of material/data, loss of income, revenue, profits, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill, and reputation ("Claims").
